With the motto "Maintaining a good condition," this online salon for studio members combines "studio lessons" and "homework at home."

We understand that many clients have concerns such as, "I'm too busy... I can only go to the studio once a week," or "Personal lessons are too expensive... I want to go more often, but I can't."

Therefore, we offer a system that combines studio lessons with homework to "maintain a good condition."

We provide compact 15-minute lessons each day that comprehensively cover "loosening," "stretching," and "strength training." Another attractive feature is that you can perform even more exercises by using props sold within the online salon.

Enjoy "Keeps," a new online salon that caters to both clients and studios.
