First of all, Pivo can certainly be positioned for markets such as social media content creators, influencers, ballet, tennis, dance, and other individual sports where users utilize their own smartphones and benefit from AI-powered tracking that follows either a person's body movements or face automatically.
Additionally Pivo offers additional features that go beyond simple AI tracking and recording.
For example, Pivo provides a Lesson Mode feature that allows user host and guest user to share video in real time and communicate with each other through live audio and video (By creating PIVO account with Eamil address and Password) . In addition, after recording a training session, the host can upload the video to the PIVO cloud and share it with a coach, who can then provide detailed feedback through video annotations (below link), including voice comments, markings, text notes, and other visual guidance directly on the video.

Furthermore, Pivo includes cloud storage services. Users receive 3GB of free cloud storage for videos and photos in PIVO Track Application, and those who require additional storage space can subscribe a premium plan for USD 24.99 per month, which provides up to 50GB of cloud storage space.

These features make Pivo not only an AI tracking device, but also a comprehensive training, remote coaching, and video feedback platform.
In general, Pivo tends to work more effectively with Apple's iOS operating system than with Android devices. For example, certain advanced AI Horse Tracking features, such as Lock-On Tracking, are available on iOS devices.
This seems to be because Android operating system policies and device-specific restrictions may sometimes limit full utilization of Pivo Track application.
As a result, iOS provides a more consistent environment, allowing us to offer and optimize some tracking features more effectively.
Both Pivo Track App and Pivo Play can be used in Android phone.
Pivo Pods are available in a variety of colors, including Pink, Blue, White, Green, Purple, Grey, Black with Silver rim and Black with Red rim.
Following software upgrade released in Q3 2025, all of these Pivo Pod models became capable of supporting AI Horse Tracking functionality for horse riding users to enjoy AI Horse Tracking experience through preferred color of Pivo Pod.
The NPVS model (Pivo Pod Black/Silver rim) and the NPV model (Pivo Pod Black with Red rim) includes a Remote Controller (PV-I1R01) in the package.
The remote controller is primarily used through its round center button, which allows users to start and stop video recording conveniently.
In addition, the up and down arrow buttons located above and below the center button can be used for manual zoom-in and zoom-out control when the automatic zoom function is disabled.
However, if Auto Zoom In/Out is enabled in the Pivo Track application settings, users generally do not need to use these manual zoom controls.
The AI tracking functionality of the Pivo Pod operates by recognizing and tracking subjects based on machine-learning models that have been trained to identify specific images and movement patterns. For example, when Horse Mode is selected, the system is designed to recognize and follow a horse.
However, it is important to understand that the tracking process operates at approximately 30 frames per second. This means that the AI must analyze and determine whether the subject is a horse within a very short processing time for each frame.
While the system is designed to provide highly effective tracking performance, no AI tracking technology can be considered 100% perfect in all situations. Factors such as lighting conditions (Bright circumstance is the best for use), distance (less than 60 meters between target Horse and Pivo pod), background complexity, subject movement, and temporary obstructions may occasionally affect tracking performance. Therefore, users should understand that, although the technology is highly capable, some tracking errors or limitations may occur under certain conditions.
All Pivo Pods contain an internal geared motor, and the connection between the geared motor and the upper rotating section is designed with precision and sensitivity to enable smooth tracking performance.
For this reason, it is very important to avoid dropping the Pivo Pod or subjecting it to strong impacts. Physical shock may cause serious damage to internal components, which could significantly affect the product's performance to make the device unusable.
We therefore strongly recommend handling the Pivo Pod with care and storing it in a protective case when not in use.
Of course, the GPS Tracker currently under development is designed to further enhance AI tracking performance with Pivo Pod and a smartphone.
The accessory composes of one receiver which can be placed on our additional accessory called SM (Smart Mount) and a transmitter that needs to be carried by a target user to follow for processing location data using GPS signal, particularly only at outdoor environments.
The positioning tolerance is approximately average +- 2 meters to max +- 5 meters , and GPS tracker is intended for outdoor use only.
At present, we are preparing launch of GPS tracker in Q3 2026. Please note that specifications and release timing may be subject to adjustment as development progresses.
The Pivo Pod is designed specifically to hold a smartphone only,
The Pivo Pod contains a built-in lithium battery typically lasting approximately 3 to 4 hours after full charge, depending on usage conditions, frequent charging is strongly recommended.
The Pivo Pod is available for purchase as a standalone product, while in the equestrian market it is more commonly sold as part of a bundled package that includes various accessories like tripod, smart mount, travel case etc designed to enhance the overall user experience.
